Designed for retailers who hire often or experience seasonal peaks. You get consistent support, faster turnaround, and predictable hiring costs all year round.

Pro Plan – Best for high-volume retail operations
Ideal for retailers with frequent staff turnover. Get priority support, higher hiring capacity, and full coverage during busy seasons or staff shortages.

Yes, you may upgrade your plan at any time to a higher tier (e.g., Starter → Growth or Premium).

Downgrades mid-term are subject to Head Start Recruitment approval and may be restricted to avoid disruption. All changes will be reflected in your billing.

For 6-month or longer plans, you may request additional hires, pricing and availability will be discussed with your account manager.

You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice, but any cancellation before the end of your commitment period will incur an Early Termination Fee of 50% of the remaining contract value.

This ensures that Head Start can continue delivering quality recruitment service during peak seasons.

For 1, 2, 3, or 5 year plans, an upfront annual payment may be offered, providing additional savings.

This option is available upon request and subject to agreement with Head Start Recruitment.

Once agreed, the full annual payment is due at the start of the subscription, and your subscription is active immediately upon payment.
